Permitted use
You may play and create an account for personal use. You may not automate games, manipulate scores, disrupt the service, bypass controls, extract data abusively, or use content to infringe third-party rights.
Accounts and leaderboards
You are responsible for protecting your credentials. We may invalidate impossible results, remove offensive public names, and suspend accounts that undermine fair competition. Leaderboards are recreational: they do not certify skill, award prizes, and may be corrected when fraud or a technical error is found.
Intellectual property
NextGamings code, design, copy, original puzzles, and brand are protected. We do not claim exclusive ownership of traditional game rules. You may not republish a complete guide or present our games as your own.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, security, or external causes may create interruptions. We may update games, scoring rules, and these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new update date.
