Privacy policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026. This policy explains what data NextGamings uses, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Controller and contact
NextGamings operates this site and is responsible for the processing described here. General questions and personal-data requests use separate contact channels.
Data we process
You can play without an account. In that case, some preferences and best scores may be stored locally in your browser. If you create an account, we store your player name, public name, preferences, games, and scores. We may also record IP address, browser, date, requested route, and security events to limit abuse and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, save progress, calculate leaderboards, validate results, prevent fraud, answer requests, resolve errors, and improve operation. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies, storage, and Google advertising
Essential cookies and storage keep sessions, security, and preferences working. If we enable Google AdSense, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other sites. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads when there is a valid basis to do so.
Consent and choices
We do not load advertising or non-essential analytics while those services are disabled. Before serving ads where the law requires it, we will display a Google-certified consent management platform. You will be able to accept, reject, or manage choices in that message and change ad personalization through Google settings.
Providers and retention
Infrastructure uses hosting services and Supabase for authentication and database functions. We share only the data needed to operate those functions. We retain account data while the account is active, scores while they remain part of the service, and technical logs as long as reasonably needed for security, compliance, and diagnosis.
Children
NextGamings is a general-audience service and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not request a date of birth, real name, or school information. If you believe a child provided personal data improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion and provide your player name. We may ask for a reasonable account-control check before completing the request. You may also withdraw consent when processing depends on it.
